It is clear that the intention of China is to eliminate Tibetan and Uyghur culture. In the 1950s, 99% of the people in Tibet were Tibetan. 99% of the people in Uyghurstan were Uyghur. Now the majority are Han Chinese in both places, because China has had the policy of cultural genocide.

Tibet and Uyghurstan are colonies of China. They have been converted into military garrisons. Han Chinese are incentivised to move there, and Han Chinese take all the best jobs.
