  • Is that a dehydrator? I thought raw food was not to be warmed in any way?

  • @tpmm1 Can be heated without destroying the nutrients, so long as it doesn't reach what, 115-140 degrees F? Dehydrating is fine, still saves the nutrients, which is what raw food is ultimately about. These are creative ways to eat raw food and get rid of cravings for cooked foods and animal products, etc. I'm grateful for these ideas, they go a long way when sharing the raw vegan diet with others. Try taking some healthy apple pie or chocolate mousse pie to a church gathering.. just saying.

  • @Proverb3 Thanks! I always wondered. Thought raw food was not to be heated up in any way, but now I see that it's still raw that way Thanks again..

  • that is not rice

  • It's rice for raw foodists :)
