I wasn't too scared before, but now I am. I don't need it yet if ever, but my husband and 7 year old daughter have the worst eyesight outside of blind people. I'm sure that by the time they do it, then there might be less invasive methods. Thanks for the description of the procedure. It really helps.

I had lasik too 1 1/2 years ago and I will never "look back" ha ha it's completely worth it; changed my life...and my vision is still better than 20/20! Good for you and great description as always

That's good. Good for you. I, who is slowly losing both my eye sight and my hearing from over abusing TV, sunlight, and standing next to the woofer at concerts, is truly jealous. You must felling like Spiderman the day he changed. Everything all WHOOSH (slow motion). I must now Shatner my way into inquiring about this... or wearing my glass more often might help... if I could find them... too bad for my hearing though.
