  • Just perfect!)

  • That was fantastic!

However, i'm wondering, how accurate are the dance and the clothes? (specifically the male's)

  • Wonderful - a complete delight!

  • Pure Joy!

  • Quite a number of concert goers left very admiring comments on the contact cards they filled out. Here are some:

    * Helen K: Thank you! This was a wonderful experience.

    * Frances S: I'm a student at the NY Academy of Art. Thank you for so much inspiration. * Van M: Perfectly balanced dance integration; best I've ever watched.

    * Gino S: Wonderful, Enchanting! Invigorating! Great period instruments.

    * Kalmia: Wonderful combo, divine singing, playing, and dancing. Viva GEMS.

  • The Gran Chacona was introduced at the May 26th concert by a recitation of the accompanying text by Sinfonia New York's artistic director, Christine Gummere:

Here's a taste of what she read:

    Gran Chacona

Chacona is a pleasant sound of graceful consonance, and every time I hear it played my bones wake up and dance!

There is no monk so pure nor such a holy nun who wouldn't interrupt their praying when they hear this sound.

To life, the good life! Let's go to chacona!
