  • Lol.I just use the free version.

  • @CrazyEpicGaming You can't use the native hava drivers. Hence, this video.

  • i know but its not showing up i stole it throught a winrar file

  • @xxiisnipaiixx I dunno what to tell you. If you install it (which it's pretty hard to install it wrong), it appears.

  • i dont know than because its not coming up i stole it throught like a winrar file

  • it might b because i stole it

  • @xxiisnipaiixx It works whether you pirate it or not.

  • dude it doesnt show up for a video source for me can u help???

  • @xxiisnipaiixx I just tried it again like yesterday... It should if you installed it.

  • yes it can theres a multicam featured in the install.

  • You could use vhscrcap

  • @AntDaGamer Curiously, can that program display multiple video feeds?

  • could you give me some brief help on running the two different programs on different cores?...I don't know how to choose which cores for it to run on

  • Im trying to stream my hava with a decent quality. Is streaming with this in HQ possible?

  • @eSkrillaG It is... I'm just really REALLY REALLY REALLY behind on making these videos... X_x

  • Ok, thanks for the quick response. I guess I check around to see I can find any tuts for it. Thanks again.

  • This only works with computers that have dual cores.

Both HAVA and WebCamMax are CPU Hogs.

Running HAVA and using webcammax, AND streaming online will lag your computer to hell.

  • Streaming online has no bearing on your cores... that's merely upload speed from your ISP that effects it...

HAVA doesn't really use much CPU power... I always have my recordings running on a single core while my renders run on my other 3 cores... It only loads to about 35% on a 2.0 Ghz clock speed.

WebcamMax isn't bad if you have the video card for high resolutions.

  • I'm not saying your wrong... Just the cores are theoretically the least of your worries.

  • Does the audio work on Justin tv when you do this? I know i had trouble with the dazzle doing it. About to get hava wireless if I can live stream with sound.

  • If you set it up right with your PC drivers it'll work fine.

  • does this work with the HD Hauppauge aswell?

  • Yes. There are better ways to do it though, I just havn't had time to upload a video showing how.

  • Guess I'm getting the hauppauge then. Subbed and i'm using swagbucks now. Have a nice day.

  • Heh, thanks. I appreciate it.

  • Or if it on mac u can get camtwist for free (which is slot better) and just select a portion of the screen which you can even put other windows on top of

  • Or you can use Jing, or you can use camtasia.

  • pi right is good : )

  • 720 by 480 in widscreen for hava.

  • It's not 720 x 480 though.... I could get a resolution of 720 x 576. It records as that, but in the older software you could stretch the screen (not really stretch, but the video could be squished) to a larger size than 720 x 480

  • I use the HAVA Titanium HD Wifi. And since I use that I have to be connected to the Hava's wireless device (shows up as a wireless network on my hava). Is there anyway for me to stream cos I cannot go onto the internet and use my hava at the same time? I'm not sure how to connect my hava wired using an ethernet cable or whether that would work.

  • Why can't you go on the internet on your computer while your titanium is on?

Sorry for the late reply... sometimes youtube doesn't alert me.

  • It does now sorry. I had to system reset and run the hava setup wizard again for that to work. But I have anothet problem. All screen captures cannot capture the video. I mean it captures my screen but once you put it over the hava pc player it is always just a black screen.

  • only problem with this is it kills my computer by the time i get hava player ,webcam max and ustream running cpu at 100% then streams lagging video amd sempron 3000+ 1.5 gig ram

  • That shouldn't lag... If it does, I believe that should be directly dependent on your internet connection.

I have a moderately similar setup (2 Gigs of Ram and a 256 megabyte GFX card)

  • Hey what do you do about audio? :(

  • The audio should be there if you set Webcam Max up to probably read your audio

  • Like select the speakers or something? :( this fails

  • You can just select your computer's audio drivers which your speakers are connected into... it works... I do it all the time.

Note: The one downfall is that if you have a microphone and it is NOT hooked up to the same sound card as your speakers... you have to choose between commentary or the audio because WebcamMax (like many programs) can only read a single soundcard at once.

  • Yeah there's three I can select... High definition audio device 1 or 2

    Then theres my mic

  • That would mean you have 2 sound cards. You should probably plug your mic into the same soundcard as your speakers, and select the soundcard your speakers are in and it will work.

  • i cant figure out the sound either

    fucking pissing me off

  • I don't see how your having such a big problem... Maybe it's something to do with using a pre-built computer with a horrific onboard sound? I dunno.

  • I know it's 2 months old, but are you sure you remembered to unmute your stereo mix under "recording" in your sound drivers?

I just remembered that most people don't actually know to play with their sound drivers if they are not used to using the PC for gaming (for ventrilo and stuff).

You'd select the drivers that your speakers are plugged into (in theory), the audio is all dependent on how many sound cards your PC has.

  • Is the quality any good when you put it on uStream? Compared to the actual HAVA saved videos?

  • uStream/Justin kills quality like youtube used to back in the day. Definitely no, but then again, that goes for everything.

Its about the same as every other device out thar

  • Does happuage PVR work with Webcam Max and Adobe FME?

  • it does but it is very choppy and laggy..... it is very unstable also. You can try though.

  • If it's choppy/laggy/unstable it's to due with your internet connection or you have too many viewers on the stream (unlikely). I have no problem at all with this and it works just as well as if I use something which ustream/justin can access the drivers directly.

  • will this work if you just select the HAVA instead of Webcam Max on Justin TV

  • Not anymore.

  • Email Hava Support? There is frequently some stupid conflict in their hardware/software thing where you have to do some little tweak to get it to work right in specific situations. I recommend to NOT use the hava forums.

  • Get program, set to screen capture... Your done. Not much to follow.

  • Thanks heaps, I was wondering how i could do something like this and stubmled across it accidentally looking up HAVA.

  • No problem, ha ha.

  • Interesting. So you could show people what you are playing live. Very interesting.

  • Trippy
