If you have any of our vinyl releases, then you'll know what a tip-on jacket is. Stoughton is one of the longest running manufacturers of classic style jackets, amongst other things. "Tip-on" just refers to the manner that the jackets is made, where two sheets are glued to heavy boards as opposed to the "direct to board" method that involves printing directly to the "blanks". Tip-on is much more labor intensive (it's all done by hand) and of superior quality. Enjoy!
