These comments are spawned from a very fickle section of the population, namely teenage girls. They are virtually meaningless. I'm sure you would know that as you seem like an intelligent young person. Please stop wasting your time and precious energy on trying to make money from singing. You may as well be chasing the wind.

You are an illustration of that lie. The fact is, you can't just say, 'I want to be a rock star" and then work hard and expect that it will happen. As I said before, you need to be born with with God given talent first. Clearly, you were not. Whereas, you can say, "i want to be a doctor or a lawyer" and then work hard and it will most likely happen because you don't need any innate ability. Please don't be disillusioned by the few favourable comments that you have received.

I can see that you love the attention that comes with being on stage and singing. Who wouldn't. Most of us while growing up, imagined they were a famous rock star, closed the bedroom door and picked up the hairbrush and started singing to an imaginary crowd. For most of the population it's supposed to stop there. You fall within that category of the population. Unfortunately you are a product of your generation whereby you were told that you can be anything you want. That is a cruel lie.

This is not what I am about. You can pick a bit of extra cash singing at RSL clubs and various hotels and still fulfill your love of singing, but this is as far as it will go. Lisa Mitchell is a good example of a person who received exposure through the media without winning the actual competition, just like you. However, she has made it on a commcercial basis because she has the natural God given gift of singing. You need to understand that you are not naturally gifted.

You seem like such a nice guy, you really do. Please don't take this the wrong way but the reality is that your singing is only mediocre. Your voice is not commercially viable. If it were the case that your voice could make you money, you would know by now because of the recent media exposure you were so fortunate to receive. If you were capable of making money for an organisation, they would have siezed on you immediately. Please don't confuse what I am saying with abandoning singing.
