the battery space problem can easily be solved not by adding a bigger handguard, but instead by adding a kv stock to the gun. you would need to rewire the gun, though.

Great review, my roommate has had the JG G36C for almost two years and it's holding up really well.

I do agree you should try and get a hold of a Gen 3 SRC G36 of some sort. I have the Gen 3 G36KV and it's really nice, and as someone mentioned often overlooked. Mostly I think because of their availability, or lack of. It is one of the best sounding gearboxes that I've heard. Always gets compliments at my local field too. =P

I agree with Asack, you should do a review of the SRC Gen III G36.

Since you're comparing manufactuers and their G36's, you should do a review on the Gen3 SRC's. I hear these are the best but they are very overlooked

@Gmod10man I have found pvtsnowman's reviews to be quite idiotic and childish, so it's not that GBMairsoft couldn't be like him, it's more that he "WOULDN'T" be like him. If that's what you call a good airsoft review, well, I don't know what to tell you brother, just don't try to compare it to GBMairsoft's reviews. They're apples and oranges, you know what I mean.

Actually if you pull up on the stock (in the closed position) slightly, it will swing open with little effort. The gun is in fact designed to open this way, and you may break the tab (or the tab catch) by prying it open (like Samson). I own one, and it is indeed a great gun for the price.
