@bvencia I broke my body's ability to turn protein and fat into blood sugar and have to intake a third of my daily caloric intake in pure sugar every single day now. I broke it by losing 3-4 lbs a week for a year about a year ago, by only slightly lowering my caloric intake and keeping my daily treadmilling the same. I have been running several miles daily out of neccassity of health issues for several years now. I used to never eat candy; now I down about 700 cals in lollipops daily. T_T

The only difference between "natural" sugar (like in raisins) and table sugar is that table sugar is refined. You are ingesting the exact same sugar molecule and your body does not differentiate between the two. But I agree that raisins are sooo good! I want to try those Kashi bars now too. :)
artifical sugat is very bad for you im not being ugly im just warning you. They can cause migranes and all sorts of health issues. Splenda has been linked to diabetes and obesity.
