I have never seen a stock Z beat a stock MS3 and I have seen those races happen with my own eyes over and over again. There is a reason why where I'm from we call them 350Zlow. I have driven both cars, the MS3 is faster. On another note I would rather own the Z. I love it's torque curve and the fact that it's RWD.

The best way to compare in my opinion is both cars in peak range in 2nd gear, and give it! People will always take what advantage they have, and knock you down for it. I'm looking at buying a MS3, but used to have an Coblat SS Stg2, and I'd have this argument with numptys all the time. Save your breath, believe me. Just smile as you go by;)

Yea I have . The turbo in the ms3 holds the boost very well. Ad the reason why 350z. Gets better quarter is because it's rwd. That's the only down fall about the speed is it has too much wheel hop in first two gears and sometimes even in third.

Did you ever put into consideration that you are comparing it with the old model Z which does 14 second quarter miles similar to the MS3 of course the MS3 would have an advantage with a turbo in it. THE HR stock which is the 07+ 350z would definately say BYE BYE to the mazda pulls recorded as 13.6 second quarter miles and several times i have pulled 13.4-13.5 quarter if you don't believe my timings for the HR go to any track or any magazine. 14.0 and 13.5 second THATS A BIG DIFFERENCE
