If you are worried about this medicine getting to children illicitly then the only obvious conclusion one could make would be to legalize and regulate. I really can not beleive how ignorant people can truly be, their arguments do not even make sense, marijuana is used by over 50% of the world and has yet to kill or incapacitate anyone for life but some how these "responsible" people condone the consumption of manufactured food that causes more health defects and deaths than any illicit drug.
If there are that still doesn't justify torturing people bc a few people can't act responsibly. Under this ideology all pharmaceuticals should be removed and banned, bc there are plenty of people who misuse those drugs, and it's PROVEN that teens are abusing pharmaceuticals more than ever. Sounds to me like that woman probably hated her dying brother, and is publicizing his illness to further her close-minded cause.

We have to push for all out legalization for all it's uses. Not just medical. To start digging us out of the resession, We need industry! We need to get the industrial side of it going as well as general use. This seems to have been completely ignored.
Are they going to limit pharmacy's (let's be honest they are really DRUG STORES) to only being able to serve only 5 patients?
