All I can is that cancer cases increases every year. Brain cancer in children is increases about 2.7% every year. Look it up on Wikipedia. Look at the trend of lung cancer and smoking, see a similarity. Also, look at the types of cancers that contribute to the most cases. Most related to digestion and breathing. We are want we eat and breathe, and now might be what technology we use and surround ourselves.

Esiosan: I don't know much about diabetes, but definitely certain [NOT all] types of tumor need a genetic predisposition to develop, otherwise they will not develop no matter what someone does.

Going back to the mobiles, I guess that nobody would like to gamble their health hoping to be "immune" to radiation. In other words, genetic factors can only explain the individual variability [e.g. time necessary do develop the desease, exposition, etc.] but cannot be used as an excuse.
