Look up freecyle online. It's a good way to stop the mountains of waste we produce from pointless buying of stuff. Beyond giving £ to charities that are often corrupt, I don't know what to do about the horrofic images you've shown. I strongly believe that world powers are deliberately ignoring desparate people as a way of culling swathes of population, rather than spend cash on them. That's the only reason I can think of for such perverse behaviour.
