  • wow man imagine that with a nice tune on higher boost, say 12-15lbs,you could be talking 550-600rwhp+! I get tired of seeing foxbodies, but man nice car.

  • yummy! i fucking love it!

  • can i get the full build? lol

    i wanna know the H/C/I and #'s

im doing a similar build soon

  • @StckFox

Track Heat heads, F303 Cam and Performer intake. @ 8psi it layed down 489rwhp and 527ft-lbs of tq.

  • @mustangcrazy77

nice, good power from the F-cam

    you go 42#'s?

im hoping for 500+ after this build

  • no mufflers or cats is the way to go....... XD

  • you seem to have a squirrel lodged in your exhaust

  • sounds amazing. hopefully mine will sound like this.

  • turbo over supercharger all day long!!!! I put 440rwhp in my turbo fox..bone stock everything minus injectors and mass air

  • forced induction is always good. im planning on slappin a supercharger on my stang.

  • I love the stang', but these cars are better supercharged. :)

  • Yeah if you like being slow.

  • Superchargers produce more power than a turbo. :-]

Turbo are like blowing a fan to make the wings move.

A supercharger is like turning on the fan to turn itself. Which would move faster?

  • no they don't. Common sense tells you that it takes power from the crank to drive the supercharger. It takes exhaust pressure (waste energy) to drive a turbocharger. FYI, the average turbocharger spins around 10,000 rpm. If you still don't believe me do your research. I did. Matter of fact Hot Rod magazine did a shootout years back, same engine, same amount of boost... supercharger vs turbo charger. Turbo won by like 75 hp or more.

  • wrong..do some research. Take a stock 5.0 and slap a regular 8lb supercharger on it. ur looking at maybe 350 if your lucky. Put a 8lb turbo, ur clearing 400 no problem. The only problem is there is lag, but put the right turbo on there and thats not a problem.

  • U must be joking go to coral and look. Turbos are exhaust driven meaning a better tq curve. Supers are crank driven meaning full boost right before u shift.

  • What? Are you serious? Please learn how things work before opening your mouth.

  • or at least slower than a turbo.

  • ...you guys are also forgetting volumetric efficiency, the reason a superchager loses gain at higher rpm, unlike turbo applications, is because the air is moving to fast already, causing the supercharger to loose efficiency and in some cases even restrict air. granted this is all at higher rpms but still...

take a look at a compressor surge map and you can just tell from even smaller turbo's have such a high volumetric efficiency its crazy.

  • Look up "E ram superchargers". These are electrical. They instantly spool up to 40,000rpms. :)

  • thats fucking awesome dude

  • Damn straight...JK, thanks man!

  • thats one mean motherfucker dude

  • Thanks!

  • fuck that import bitch he dont no what real power sounds like .....sounds awsome good job!

  • sounds like shit

  • "wow im howardshonda, all I do is post dumb comments on ppls mustang videos, and yet I don't have any of my own." Stop running you mouth on all these mustang videos you nothing.

  • you wish you had this hater

  • what heads bro??...that sound is killer man. are u worried about the block?

  • Thanks! TFS Track heats....and yeah, the block is on borrowed time for sure!

  • so what motor./ci do u have in that thing????

  • Stock-rebuilt 302

  • stock/rebuilt 302 with TFS heads and eddy performer intake.

  • Sounds like the pits of Hell rising up... I love it! Lots of lope in that cam... F303? I've been thinking of selling my current project -- a 1971 Deuce and a Half and going for a turbo Fox.

The trunk lid makes it look extra sleepy. Nicely done!

  • You got it...f303!

    Thanks!!! If you've ever driven a turbo'd stang....you'd know it's addicting as hell! ;)

  • what type of turbos? and how much did they cost? iv been lookn around and tryn to find a good brand plus that isn't that expensive ya know/.?

  • They are garrett .60/.48's off of turbocoupe and svo mustangs. There are .60/.63's available I believe on the auto tranny versions. The .48 and .63 housings are interchangeable between turbo's, as they are identical except for that single difference.

  • do u have any turbo links or somthn like that i could go too? im gana by a kit or try too when i get my tax money

  • turbomustangs has everything and more on the subject.

  • thats sound is pure badass but just FYI if your gonna romp on your turbo dont just shut the car off right away let it idle for a lil while save the life of your turbo and if you want a better sound and save wear and tear on your turbo invest in a blow off valve or a does pipe

  • Thanks!

I usually let her cool down the last few miles if I romp on it. From my understanding it's horrible for the turbo's to just shut it down after a wot run.

I actually have a tial 50mm knockoff bov.

  • yeah its bad for your turbo to shut her down after beating on it. wears out the bearing and can kill ur boost

  • I have a 1991 Mustang GT and on ebay they have a twin turbo kit for a nice price. How hard was it to put that kit on your 5.0 and how long did it take?

  • I fabricated it myself, so it took the better part of a winter (working only on weekends).

I STRONGLY recommend staying away from those cheap e-bay kit's. They use inferior metals with cheap turbo's, wastegates, bov's etc. The headers will crack likely within a year of use...and be copletely worthless when they do.

  • what kinda money did you look at to comp the project by doing the fab work yourself? And also where should i look at for the parts?

  • My initial build cost me around $1700 including a pro-m univer maf meter and matching 42lb injectors.

  • no cam ? stock cam ?

  • Thats running a f303 cam.

  • oh nice

  • Leave the deck lid like it is. It will give the slower cars something to cry about.

    Nice Notch!

  • BAhhh!!!! I tell ya, just a little por-15 goes a loooong way! That stuff is tough as nails!

  • why do you cover your tag? does the car belong

to your mama, so stupid people cover their tags but ride around town for all to see like they care.

  • What's stupid is getting a ticket or being targeted by the local po-po for posting vid's on the internet. Addding to tha, I run a personalized plate which is easy as hell to remember...I myself am no willing to take the chance.

  • FUcK TH3 PAINT AND RIM5 TH3 TURBO5 AR3 BAD A55 GOOD JOB I LOV3 TO HAV3 IT LIK3 IT I5 $10K IN PAINT LOL U DUMB A5 H3LL U A JOKE..BUT LOV3 TH3 cAR U cAN DO BODY WORK LATER....

  • what with the po-po boot shit! po-po grow up!

it called the police let the boots call it po-po, if the police wants you they don't need your tag # and they don't fk with you just because you post a video! my tag is alabama 030330, I say fk the pigs and come and get me! I sell coke for a living and have killed 12 people.

  • word.

  • Thanks!

  • screw body work the turbos are bad ass and shouldnt be traded for anything. I mean you see mustangs with paint on them everywhere you go but its not every day you see one with twins.

  • Besides a bit of bodywork (the decklid is by far the worst area), how so?

  • Eh, I dont know. I give you an A for effort, but this Stang could be a lot better.

  • Yeah it would be so much better if he swapped the turbos for some 20" chrome cobra r's and a $10k flame paint job.

  • hahaha, i def hope youre joking
