Of course it should be legal everywhere. You are born owning your own body and should have the right to put whatever substances in it that you choose, deface, decorate, mutilate, intoxicate or even end it at any time. PAS should be admitted as well, perhaps after an evaluation period or in front of a panel as you say. Society has so many idiotic and unjust laws it boggles the mind.

Suicide ought to be legal everywhere, with PAS services set-up, so that people wouldn't need to resort to such gruesome means of death in order to end their lives, as displayed in your video. The right-to-die is an extremely valuable right, which we must not allow politics and religion to control.
I want to be free from the burden of existence.
