If you had read the video description, this is a mod for the game "Nexus: The Jupiter Incident." The mod is called "Universe at War."
Frankly, if it had been completed, it's what Star Trek: Legacy should have been. Fully 3D combat with your ships able to assume any orientation and attack from any direction, in the true infinity of space (rather than the "invisible pizza box" of Legacy. Easier power management, easier device disabling, extremely frantic fighter combat, and it came out earlier.
Mazryonh how right you so truely are.....I had lost my compy of exus long ago before I rebought it. I thought of STL as a good blowover....omg....that is now 30 bucks I wasted. I feel so horrible, that is why even refuse to call that piece of junk a game, and why only star true to N:TJI
Well, if you lose your physical copy again, you could always buy a digital copy of N:TJI over Steam. It's really funny how quality doesn't sell itself in the gaming industry, isn't it? It's always how many people you can convince to buy it.
what game
