Sorry, What I meant to say was that there are more outrageous characters than Vega in SF, T. Hawk is an american indian, not an aztec, and fights in some kind of aztec temples (Theres not even more of those in here), Vega is a crazy dude who loves himself, and is a Matador 8D. A friend of mine from spain told me once: "The best thing I've seen from Spain in videogames, is Vega".

T. Hawk? T. Hawk isn't "outrageous," he's almost respectable, and his "storm hammer" is widely feared. Hard as hell to control, but an ultra powerful character if you've got killer timing and fast hands. One of the most infuriating things about Zangief and T. Hawk is their ability to catch punches and kicks, and then spinning pile driver or storm hammer right after.  The timing to pull it off though has to border on precognition.
