The best method to view it on usual screen is cross-eyed 3D. It doesn't require any glasses and doesn't ruin colors.

For those of you who stil want to watch it in 3D WITHOUT GLASSES, select the two screen option with magenta on the left, then cross your eyes and make one video in between both. Works GREAT!

How have you synchronized the two video tracks? Did you use a reverence event or something? I think they could not match perfectly because the video sampling of the two separate cameras is delayed. I mean the capturing of the single frames does not happen at the same insant of time.

you don't need 3d glassed to watch this video you just need to cross your eyes until the two pictures split into 3. then watch the center picture.
