When she did answer their childish caterwauling, it was always with a tempered and smart retort. She enumerated these various reasons why she was stepping down and included that it made no sense to further drain tax dollars as a lame duck Gov. and that she could better fight against scum if she was free. In other words,she has integrity.
I find it sad that we are a country divided! On one issue, you either are for abortion or against it. For those of us who are generally opposd to it but think under certain conditions, it makes sense, we feel alone because I don't believe 100% in either party. The same holds true, why take money from the rich to give to the poor? The rich earned it in most cases. But don't ignore the poor either! Same true here. Currently, America is attacking most Republicans. And why?
The left has a tendency to destroy people who would normally fit into their identity politics demographics but hold a conservative viewpoint. The Liberals are all for diversity as long as the person in questions believes and the same leftist policies as them. To them their are no female, black, or hispanic conservatives and those who are conseravativs are branded as traitors to their gender or race.
Palin may be a feminist but she is not a marxist feminist and that threatens their agenda.
Does one have to be a feminist to stand up for an individual's rights considering that, like minorities, women are also individuals entitled to the same equal rights everyone else so why do we need a special cause for women rights when the rights of the individual will be just as sufficient.

I really liked his message on how there should be no additional rights or extended privledges to groups ( be it women, gays, etc ) that everyone should enjoy the same equal individual rights guaranteed under the constitution.
