Guys, this is not EuroNCAP, NHTSA & IIHS crah test!
This is the pre-paid crah test from MIRA, which is UK's small private firm that lends its testing facilities to 3rd-world automakers (other chinese makes also made propaganda vids using these facilities, but they all got nil point in EuroNCAP haha)
Just wait until how this piece of chinese pos would perform in EuroNCAP crash test... I am 100% sure that this piece of crap will probably get 'nil' point (just like any other Chinese pos)
this car has been through many test and evaluation, so it can gain large reputation.
Chinese cars on the other hand are fast in going to domestic market so many of its company did not consider much for safety and performances. to make it simple they run too much before they can walk...
Where are all the crash test result? where are the FULL VIDEO of the crash tests? this is not the MTV version video is it? we want to see how reliable of the car is, not to promote your stupid brand by making it a pretty video.
@crakcer123 not really, Brilliance redid its test with ADAC and it performed much better. No Chinese cars tested recently scored zero. BTW. Luxgen are going to be built in Hangzhou.
Lenovo is not a joke. If made in China is a joke, then why luxgen is building its vehicles in China? China also makes the hi end hifi systems in Asia and Chinese bullet train tefch is world class etc. In hi end technology, PRC is ahead of Taiwan. It is a fact. LOL!
Acer sucks. Tell them that their machines need reboot too many times. Also, Lenovo had their own computer business. They were so good, they could actually buy IBM's computer unit. LOL!
Not really, Acer had a headstart in Europe market because of of its purchase of a French PC maker. Nothing to do with Lenovo quality. Lenovo enjoys a very solid reputation in HKG, where customers are very fickle.
Acer computers are not that expensive. In HK, Lenovo on average is more expensive than Acer and is also better selling. Asus enjoys a good reputation (Asus means Chinese Stone in hanzhi). Chinese hifi makers are also hi-end, compared to Japan's mass market. Pioneer's amplifiers are designed and made in China. Consonant Opera is an expensive hi end Chinese hifi. If you pay for a cheap product made in China, you will get cheap quality, but if you pay more, you can get good quality. Very simple.
Not really, like I said, you get what you paid, and soon China will have to upgrade and abandon the low end, due to higher wages. China is just following the footsteps of Taiwan.
Morris Chang is a citizen ofthe ROC, born in Ningbo. He left China as a citizen of the ROC to US. KMT recruited him to Taiwan. Like many pre-eminent Taiwan industrialists, he is from Mainland China and he is proud of his Chinese heritage. I have no problem with ROC. I am a supporter of Ma.
Not only that, Yulon, who owns Luxgen, collaborates with Dongfeng Motors of China, which make Luxgen products pretty much a PRC/ROC coproduction vehicle.
It has PRC collaboration. Luxgen cannot compete in the mature markets. Taiwan market is too small. It has to crack the Chinese market on price and the fact that the market is less mature. Naturally, they have to get help from Dongfeng, who has a lot of experience running joint ventures with VW etc.
There's no star ratings for the test at all. The test results could be very good or mediocore. There's no way to judge the safety test of the vehicle. I would say the film lost its purpose to deliver the safety quality.
yeah? so you are driving a Chinese car now? can you crash it for us and tell us if you are stil alive? do you have the vision to be killed firs?t since you are a Chinese. and why you came here for? you know who is the founder of YouTube??? do you know how to make a good Chinese car? 1.Imitation 2. Ape 3. Fraud
Finally.....a Taiwanese car's brand!!Taiwan has always been worked for the companies which come from Korea and Japan!! Especially Korean!!! They don't f u c k i n g care about us!! I dont have any idea why there are some people who are still buying the stuff from Korea!!!!
It would definitely be a joke if they present this vehicle within only "2" front seats airbags while it debut in the production version. Hence it urges "luxury" & "genius" as its own value for the new brand.
Don't be an idiot. Of course the car will have side airbags. But these are options. The company manager have said it. They didn't want to use side-airbags for this test because they want to know how much damage the passengers will receive based on the body structure. The result was very good. FIVE STARS for side crash even without airbags. That's better than most American cars on the road. Side airbags will be available for even more safety when the production cars go on sale. Don't be an idiot
Many car companies, like Ford, Honda, and Toyota sometimes choose cars with no side airbags for crash tests. It is very very normal. They want to know how much the body can protect passengers. Usually companies do one with side airbags, and one without. The result of Luxgen MPV's crash test was actually very impressive. If you don't know about cars, then don't talk.
Also, if you are Taiwanese, then I have to say: FUCK YOU. This is Taiwan's first step into the world of cars. Korea, with government and their citizens' support, have built up impressive international corporations. They love their country, use their own products, and defend their own economy. What about Taiwan? So many people like you who tries to bash Taiwan's effort in trying to build a better future. If this company succeeds, Taiwan will stand taller in the world. I love Taiwan, what about u?
Korean people use their products, and love their country, and fight for their country, same as Japan. What about Taiwan? So many selfish people who don't care about our children's future. Koreans and Japanese have no "Taiwan" in their eyes. They think we are just workers(assembling parts) for their companies. Taiwan is not famous, but Taiwanese are the nicest, most hard-working people. We don't have famous brands, but we are making our first step. It breaks my heart to see unpatriotic Taiwanese
Dude, I love Taiwan and Luxgen as so as you, but much more rationally. Giving constructive suggestions without offensive terms may present a better citizenship for this island. As your own comparison, we have to play tough to enter this industry successfully becuz of global competition. BTW, there's no way to lose to this company anymore. That's why I gave those words. PEACE~
Hi, sorry, I apologize for my rudeness. I'm glad you are with Taiwan. Remember, when Samsung, Hyundai, and Kia first started, they were really bad. But now, they are so famous internationally. Every year, they push many products into Taiwan, killing Taiwanese companies and our chances for growing. They used the strategy of cheap products to kill Taiwan's development not long ago. Economy is bad in TW, but Luxgen is very brave. This is Taiwan's first and last try. Let's give them our support!
Only Diffrence between Hyundai and KIA is they have BIG companys backing them up..KIA was with Ford in the 1990s and Hyundai was a shared kind of company being with Ford Mazda and Mitsubishi since the 1970s..
