You have no idea how much that this video spoke to me. Like the beginning was all about having a week of dysphoria and pretending that hes ok. I hate it so much because it truely does make you feel like you did something wrong. And as the girlfriends, we're supposed to make them happy and make those moments better, or at least try to.

really great video , i have been with my partner for 9 years on and off as a gay couple , he is now in transition and we are open and we talk i find it very easy to cope with but maybe its cos we been together so long.This channel is really good and will really help out others who are finding things hard.

Everything you have said is the reason why I haven't had a girlfriend during this part of my life. It just isnt fair on them because they suffer too. I think once you start getting on with your transition and growing confidence and acceptance in yourself, then everything else will fall into place.
why can't all girls have the perspective that you have? I dont think I need to say it but seriously.. make sure you give yourself some credit.. you "get it" a lot more than most people.
great video. you made a lot of interesting points. the relationship should never be just about our transitions. yes it is a very important point in our lives but it shouldnt be the center of everything.
Communication is such a huge thing in any relationship. Ren and I have started doing a weekly concerns/complaints/compliments time. We do it once a week so it gives us time to think about what's bothering us and think about how we want/need to talk it through.
