It's 1997. You've just bought a Sega Saturn and started playing Sonic R. Sonic runs triumphantly towards his Flicky friends, then takes them into a transdimensional ring.
Suddenly, you realize that your console is now a Nintendo 64 with a game called "Tetrisphere" plugged in. The transdimensional ring appears before you and sucks several unusual-looking robots into it, then disappears once again.
You sit with a blank stare on your face and wonder why you didn't choose the Playstation.
the chip dude is called CPU (cleverly enough) and when you play vs mode you end up battleing him at the end. and he's like mad crazy. idk if you could be him though. im not sure yet
@wcclark The Chip thing, Im guessing its the master. It kind of mentions it when you beat Ep3 in Vs Cpu mode. Ep 4 and 5 is when you face that guy, I find him to be a PAIN in the ass!

Still remains a mystery to me. Could be one of those secret characters I've heard that you can get by using another cheat, for all I know.
(And yeah, I love "Extol" too.)

EGM actually found this cheat in one of thier old issues in December 1997. Check in the closet!
