What a disgraceful video, another so called "left wing" activist defending the Iranian Islamic Regime. What is most striking is the failure to mention the fact that independent trade unions are banned in Iran, and today, many union leaders are missing or otherwise serving prison sentences for the only reason of organising industrial action on behalf of workers interests. What is even more striking is the failure to mention the many thousands of Marxists who have been hanged by the regime.

There are lots of lies in this speech. Lie Number One: Somaye Zadeh is not a refugee, her parents are refugees. But how much did she get paid by the regime for these lies?

Secondly your suggestion that Somaye is paid by the Iranian regime is offensive. Are you suggesting that anybody who tries to counter the Neo-Con lies is paid by the regime?

She is a British citizen! Palestinians in Lebanon and Jordan and in other places don't have such citizenship so they are stateless as refugees. Any body who said the things Somaye Zadeh said is a defender of the regime. Nearly everything she said is lies. Ahmadi Nezhad is a popular man with 84% vote? This is bull shit. Va va va. There are many defenders of the regime who are paid by the regime. I ask if she is one?

She mentions female judges in Iran and evokes the name of Shirin Ebadi, the Nobel peace prize winner.

What she does not tell us is that there have been no female judges in Iran since the revolution in 1979 when the clerics ruled that female judges were unislamic. In 1975, Ebadi had become the first woman to preside over a legislative court.

Ebadi was demoted to a secretarial position. She protested and was assigned to the position of "law expert." She has since retired from this.

What is this about no smoking gun linking Iran and Iraqi militants? What about the Iranian made weapons found in attacks on the Allies by militants.

What about the regime not allowing candidates they do not approve of to stand for election.

If they have a flourishing democracy movement, what about allowing trade unions, as for busdrivers?
