Neti pots are great. Simple, efffective, no medication yay ! Saline solution is good, cheap and better than tap water I think. Steam inhalations are great too. Orc vs allergies !

Did it help clean out your sinuses? Im a lifegaurd, and dealing with the environment everyday really does a number on my respiratory and sunus systems...I was thinking about trying one, however im not so keen on shoving anything up my nose either lol

@Zailen1 It helps a little. The instructions said you have to do it for a while before you start getting actual improvement. It does feel cleaner and easier to breathe though, and honestly, you can't even feel the water going through.
