this has to be on purpose you have mwd tools that tell u where u are the inclination is at least 160 which is unheard of.  only way this is posible is if hey werent taking surveys which isnt legal. if this is a accident then these drillers should work at walmart

so, lemme get this straight..this was a nightmare accident, when directional drilling went wrong, and a group of dudes just happens to be standing in the exact spot the drillbutt surfaces, and they just happen to be holding a video recorder, and recording, at the exact time the bit surfaces?
