That's because this combo is done with the extra options set to on, like no knockdowns and shit. It's not a "real" combo.

When you complete the game on different options, you unlock different cheats. The superbar refil cheat is on the Level 3 or 4 options, so complete the game on the difficulty before Master (its called "Very Hard") first.. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, I could well be.

I remember completing it on Master unlocks the Gold, Silver and Invisible costumes, along with the Level 6 cheat - No blocking.

Nice combo man. It is possible however, to do a 75 hit combo legit. As in, without the full gauges & auto-doubles.

Maybe, I know super gauges gives you a free superlinker of 5 hits.. notice when I did the first one, it didn't charge me 3 points for it. I only used 2 autodoubles, which is 4 hits. If you wanted to do the 75, you'd need a 4 hit move to replace the auto-doubles.. Not sure if TJ has one. 75 was a nice round number, I think either 78 or 79 was my highest... with extra single hits.

so what if the guages are on? this is still a good combo. If the gaugess werent on the guy would have to do combos with each of the combo enders in sequence from 1 to 5 to use to perform the ultra..

Then after doing this when performing the big ultras each combo ender is linked through the super linker which drains the bar (refills during the combo) then perform the ultra.

This isnt easy to do as you have to memorise timings and be able to do the moves quickly to be able to continue the combo.

back in the day on the original KI for the SNES, you could use the GAME GENIE and combine 2 different codes for the game and perform a million it combo but it would only register as 80 as 80 is as high is any of the normal ultras would go. it was sweet!

it shows you how to do a 75 hit ultra combo in the manual, (like pyro PPsaid)nice mini-ultra at the end of sabrewulf first health bar though, it was always difficult for me to pull off and i havent seen anybody change the finishing move at the end of the ultra combo, it says u can do it intthe manual but ive never done it!
