  • you can also pounch him in the balls in this postiton, thats more effective...at least that s what the teach me in krav maga

    Relying on strikes to hurt someone who is already in a dominant position isn't much of a strategy.

  • fantastic...I hope most of those kids get the opportunity to keep training in bjj. It can be pretty expensive at most schools.
