  • i like this exercise, but sometimes i like to toss the ball straight into the air to get a little bit of variation. i lift myself into the crunch, throw the ball up, and remain in the crunched position until i catch the ball, and then come back down. it may be a little bit unsafe to do with a heavy ball (i recommended a basketball or soccer ball), but it does get you a good burn while adding a diversion. try it alongside this one to get a great burn =]
