She is saying she will not give her (assuming he is) her boyfriend away. "не отдам" translates literally into "I will not give", which read from a European PoV probably doesn't make sense at the end of the line, but it does translate properly back to "русский"ю
I am pleased to see that at last it has climbed to No 1 in the Russian Top 100. I wonder if they will release it in the UK. Any suggestions where I could download this track from? None of the UK stores seem to have it.
