Not sure what your problem or complaint is but if you are worried about your weight just go and buy a 2nd hand treadmill, I set mine up in front of the TV and have lost 10 kg (22 lbs) in 10 weeks, start off by walking 5 km a day for 1 week then increase by 1 km each week. I'm up to 8 km per /day. My goal is to do 10 km a day. Also stop checking your weight sitting down.
