  • More a self-presentation than a good workout-instruction unless this is how an untrained person should destroy the spine.

    That´d be very effective then.

  • is this guy a gymnast or athlete?

Whatever his strength and control are excellent.

His mind and body are working together for total co-ordination and power.

    really supr fit guy!

  • this is soo cool!

  • I find that every time I try to do the candle stick, I fall when I'm about three feat from the ground. How do you hold that? Any tips on progressing to that stage? Thanks for posting this. Excellent work.

  • so hot

  • so hot

  • gymnast?

  • Hmmm! Thanks for this video! Never thought of adding leg twisters to my dragon flags, but this looks pretty good. Can't wait to try it out.. ;-)

  • GEEZ!

  • hey boy, you are very flexibility.......crazy hip rotation

  • excellent body...excellent workout.I'm jealous.I've been working out for years, constantly changing my routines to shock my muscles...but still can't achieve this.I guess your genes have a lot to do with it ...

  • you need stick with certain things

  • crazy amazing man great core strength

  • mmm no me parece......hay caracteristicas kinesiologicas negativas en los ejercisios, para el genero masculino quizas esta bien aunq con reparos, pero para una mujer no es bueno....

  • Just a critic from a kinesiology perspective, this is a great workout for the abdomen but the load place on the upper part of the spine and some of the middle vertebrae is a bit extreme I would imagine you uwould have to really flex your shoulder blades to compensate- I would be wary and pay special attention most people dont have the isometric strength to stabalize this dynamic progression and keep the vertebrae safe and sound

  • "most people dont have the isometric strength to stabilize this dynamic progression"

The base of this dynamic progression is a shoulder stand. Most people have the strength to start, i do admit it is a advanced exercise that most people would have to work on. But stop being negative just cause you studied kinesiology and thinking you know it all.

  • At the point most people would notice they don't have strength to stabilize that dynamic progression, they also stop to have the strength to keep theirselves in that kind of positions.

One of the injuries that could happen would be a spinal disc herniation. And as you have studied kinesiology, you also know that it's a lot more unlikely to happen this way around than it's to happen on movements straining the lower back.

And like on most exercises, the key is to have good form.

  • Great work. Get rid of the black background it's way to small and we can still clearly see the guy in back filmimng...unless there is a stripper club in the mirors reflections =0

  • LOL great workout but the soundtrack is a lil gay.

  • But you sound a 'lil' homophobic Vexx1978

  • @Vexx1978

gay is good. deal with it.

  • @anthonyshevling

I tell you what is beautyfull, too: Beautyfull men and women together having a happy family with kids.

    Being not gay is better...PEACE

  • 0.0 damn!

  • No words can describe. Looks af it feels so good. Like hitting the sppot in a stretch. Hard work, thank you so much for sharing!

  • Wow great moves man. You have just taught me a new move to try out. How heavy were the weights to keep you down on the matt ? What's the percentage ratio? I just don't want to try and come poppin up ruining everything in my environment

  • Hey. Weights were 80 kgs in total, 2 x 40 kgs. I weigh about 67 kgs. It should be about 1-2-1 ratio if you're going to to the planch almost on the floor, I'd suggest you build it up slowly. Enjoy.

  • Get it DONE! You are inpiration.

  • That's pretty damn impressive. But what's with the crappy music?

  • i like the music

  • HOly Crap!!!thats amazing..

  • Now there's some core strength...

  • World, hold on... :)
