wow i learned alot from this vid, for my birthday my frends gave me make up cus im a wanna-be make up artist and i jsut looked at a product and it was MADE in 2006 so does it affect my skin? ( its a pressed powder used to control skin oil)

You risk the chance of your face breaking out. Makeup has ingredients in them that can go bad, just like food and other household items. I would not recommend using makeup past it's expiration date.

I just purchased a new sewing machine a month. Now if I could only take the time to take it out of the box, I will be on a roll. The dress I have on is really simple to make. I actually have it on backward. The front is cut in a low v-neck that I thought would look better in the back. Soon I will start to really make more Summer items.

actually, i'm not sure if you mentioned this, there's another way to see how long liquids and others last for. if you look at the product there should be a picture of a jar on it. inside of the jar will be a number with M by it. This means how many months the product lasts for. For example, MAC studio fix fluid has 24M on it, meaning 2 years

Great video. Great tips. With the powders also sanitize them with alcohol. I take a little spary bottle and then wipe it off. I'm such a germaphobe about makeup especially in store. You won't believe how many people walk up and stick their fingers in the testers. yuck.
