Nice video, but it's probably worth mentioning that most speakers have merged those two sounds.
Most people now pronounce "which" exactly like "witch", for example. "wh" just becomes the same as "w", so foreigners learning English don't really need to be able to make the original wh sound.
It's good to be able to recognise it when you hear someone use it though.
