I like how Dagger is rooting for Vivi in the hunting game. She isn't the type to yell so this scene was kind of funny to me. However this proves she is a cool girl because she isn't all stuck up and princessy.

@nejisasuke12311 there is more than enough time to steal it if you WANT to. i mean all you have to do is wait until freya leads and when there is four minutes time left it appears..thats plenty of time to steal needle fork and then kill zidane with freya and you get the coral ring(awesome piece of equipment at this point of game) seriously that 5000 gil is useless compared to the ring

ive love to see a battle of the gardens (ff8), chocobo racing and breeding (ff7) festival hunt, monster arena (ff10)and many more all crunched into 1 final fantasy that would just blow my mind completely but my head would probs explode from all the excitement :D

Festival Hunt is a major highlight of this game for me. I always enjoy doing it. Hopefully they bring it back, BETTER, in a future FF Title. That would be SICK! The music for Festival of Hunt is also one of the best songs in the game!

@Ryuga11 I think all you need to do is to wait for the timer to reach 03:00 or something close, then just enter the place where Zaghnol appears (you have to actually *enter* the area after that point though - if you already stand there then the game won't load him).

You should also steal the needle fork from the Zagnohl, its so much better than quinas first fork!

Just thought it made more sence because acording to your guide you should have more than enough money anyways, plus its easy to rack up 5000 gil when you are on the world map! Just a suggestion, each to there own of course, just thought it was a no brainer to be honest!

Freya kills Zaghnol = Coral Ring equipped to her when you get her.

And dont bother letting Zidane AND Freya die, the card Vivi gets is "Theatre Ship Card", wich you can win from Four-Armed Man in Daguerro and others.

I'd say Quina is male, cause later in the game (for example on CD2 - was it? - before u enter the dungeon in which u fight Lani the 1st time) Zidane refers to Quina as "he" or "him".

Strange looking creature in Qu's Marsh who loves to eat food and has a thing for frogs. "It" is the blue mage of the game as it eats certain creatures and learns different techniques. One of the strongest characters of the game if you use it's abilities correctly!

For Vivi to win follow these steps exactly. As soon as you step off the tram immediately get back on & head to the Business District. Head north, fighting as few monsters as possible, & go into the church area. Kill the Fang that's there then head back out. Vivi should run by chased by a Fang. Kill it then head to the right-hand path where the Zaghnol is. When you fighting it have Zidane kill Freya & stay alive until times up. Vivi should win the Festival & get a Theater Ship card.
