  • First i heard complaints about Volkswagen. Now complaints about Bosch washers. You know the world's gone mad when the Germans build junk!!!

  • I LL BET ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD THAT THE SEARS TECH SAID " DON'T WORRY THAT'S A NORMAL SOUND " F&^%$ ING BASTERS DON'T ANYTHING ABOUT BOSH MACHINES heyyy i was a sears tech for 9y thats why i left no help no respect..

  • We have the same model, electronics just went out. Lasted ~4yrs. POS.

  • my washer has the bolts in and it does less noise?

  • worser and worser?

  • You need to remove the 4 shipping bolts from the back. Mine used to do the same thing before I knew about those. I have mine sitting on tile and with all the feet level, it no longer bounces around.

  • did you ever take out the shipping bolts? It's what causes this problem.

  • Wow... I paid $400 for my frigidiare and it's 6 yrs old now and I never had a problem with it and it's really quiet too! Those machines cost to much too sound like that.

  • Sounds like my 18 years old "Bauknecht" -

diese hatte leider einige BH-Bügel zu viel "gefressen" und die Halterungen zu den Stoßdämpfern rissen ab.

Please check, if there are metals-"pipes" from womans BHs between waterpump and drum

( with lamp and head in the drum ).

You can pull them out to the pump with little sticks. Sorry about my english - good luck

    Michael

  • you need to call bosch I have one since last May and you can't even hear it run I do large washes and they are really really clean. I have adifferent model but customer service at Bosch is really good

    Good Luck

  • If that the case n it still bad ask sears give u a whirlpool front loader as replacement r sears one! I sure they will if keeps doin the same over

  • could be bad bearings are mounts lose are drum wraped......are aged of machine to

  • OMG i have the same problem and some, when the water discharge it smell so bad. I don't know why the hell i had put up with it for 5 years.

  • Comment removed

  • hello my name is tom and it sounds like the drum barings are on the go our washing machine was an electrolux and now we have a zanussi but i would'nt touch them with a barge pole. zanussi have benn on the watchdog programe in england and have motor problems. get a makita drill and don't bother with bosch.

  • kg and rpm????'

  • I'm surprised Bosch made that piece of shit. I've got a Bosch blender and it's unbelievably powerful and smooth. Maybe the "Washing Machine Department" were playing a joke on the pencil-pushers in the finance department or something. :-P

  • I have the same model and the same problems. I've had the floor rebuilt and had 5 technicans come out and balance it and they can't get it to stop shaking. Bosch will not do anything about it. Don't buy Bosch products!!!

  • You're lucky, it works better than my Kenmore fridge.

  • Is it stood on a firm floor.

  • I love Hoover always and always will

  • I have same model with the exact same problem. It was 2 yrs old when problem first occured.

  • Are there any dent on the housing ? As per the service supervisor said , if so , the structure is damaged . That why he willing to replace another one for me. Hopeful yours is still under warranty.

  • Warranty? No! It's going on 4 yrs old now. Dents on the housing? What are you calling the housing? It had been in the same spot since new and then one day it decided to work like a piece of crap. It shakes so violently, the clear plastic window in the front popped right off and the little plastic tabs holding it snapped. That's what I get for buying a water saver, I guess.

  • well if load right be fine but if it ever balance on floor are shippin bolts u know rock-a-by baby....anyway since u replace it i hope u still enjoy it

  • This machine of Bosch is really good. if you want to wash clothes alway add big AND SMALL clothes. Next time your washer wouln´t be so unbalanced. But if it is going to be once again really loud and unbalanced, then you have to switch the washer off, wait the door unlocking mix the clothes up with your hands and select the seperate spin cycle... PS: if you want to buy a new washer buy Miele or AEG/Electrolux

  • r all the shiping blots out?

  • fixed now.

  • I have the english version of this and with a big family it is used 3 times a day and it sounds nothing like this. It sounds as though it is due to bad installtion or imbalanced load. But certainly i wouldnt have any issues with the machine.

  • Had you removed all the shipping bolts?

  • In all honesty you can try to use rubber pads under the machine. You can buy them and give them a try? Or if I was you I would demand a refund this is NOT normal, tell Sears you will have to take legal action since this machine is having stressful affects on the whole family. That is the only way to get them to THINK before they make the decision to give you a new machine. Only speak to someone of authority at Sears do no waste you time with the people on the "floor"

  • Have you tried calling a priest? He might need to perform an Exorcism on it. Or I would buy a Miele!!

  • You could rent it out as a magic act...really fascinating...

  • Finally I got a replacement from Sears. After such a long time arguement , I can sleep well now. Thanks for you all and the

    " supportive " comments.

  • @bensonlo2007 are you still happy with the bosch front load washer and if not what would be your recommendation pertaining to this model or the brand???

  • maybe you the clothes in your washing machine are heavy of water and makin the machien unblanced i have got bocsh washing machine and it is never usally unblaced

  • this is what you tube is all about. finally, we get to air what happens to the normal person. what is scary, is that this type of stuff happens a lot. maybe you tube will help. hope so.

    even so, good luck,

    momkoz

  • Dont bother paying for a technician to come and fix it. throw it out and buy a cheaper machine that will last longer

  • how do you figure that out. a more expensive machine (with simlar spec) will last longer

  • 1. Throw dynamite into washer.

    2. Run

    3. Success.

  • throw that away before it exploses

  • sit on top think dirty thoughts and enjoy

  • SUFFER. If its that bad, do it by hand. Thats what you get for paying way too much for a POS clothes washer

  • 3. If 1&2 are completed - check to see if the machine is redistributing the laundry - if it isn't then call out your sears technician to see if they can mend or replace the unbalance sensor.

    4. Check for overloading or under loading.

  • Could be the bearings, could be the shipping bolts, but I think that it is highly likly just to be a normally unbalanced load. Unbalanced loads are usually caused by 1 or more heavy items and lots of small items like underwear. So check that you not overloading the machine nor overloading it. The next time the machine is on a fast or slow spin cycle check whether the machine gets unbalanced easily, if it does the out of balance sensor may be deffective.

    Thanks

    Gary.

  • it sounds like your washer is fucked. i agree with benz600lim check your washer for the black shipping bolts and see if you've removed them.

  • The shipping bolts are still in it. It's the bolts that lock the tub in place for shipping. There are in the back of the machine.

  • thats unbearable I had an Auto~washer front loader from 2000 and its was hell as well then I bought a Hoover auto~washer and its great what was the outcome of this machine

  • It soooo shouldn't do that. Mine is whisper quiet on full 1200 rpm spin. Although mine did take while to get perfectly level on the floor by adjusting the feet, but it seems as though you've done that already.

Sounds like the drum bearings are weakening?
