And my heart is worship mode to be praying and lifting up worship you dont have to sit with the slow rythem of a piano hands folded and hands bowed. My heart is in full worship when i listen but i do jump around and have fun with it

I came across this scripture again today and thought I'd share it since it mentions the Sabbath.

Colossians 2:16-17 NLT

So don't let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new moon ceremonies or Sabbaths. For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ himself is that reality.

Of course it's not to say one shouldn't honor the Sabbath. It's just making it clear that we are free from rules to instead live for Christ.

A technicality like that can potentially cause focus to be on a law (rule) instead of loving the Lord with all of our heart as our guide to our behavior. If you are unsure of what I'm saying, let the Holy Spirit help you find what is right for your walk with the Lord (through prayer and The Word of God).

redD4Dworld, Don't you think that what God wants is for you to honor a sabbath day once every 7 days instead of getting hung up on technicalities? Also remembering that we are no longer under the old covenant since Jesus fulfilled and ended that at the time of his crucifixion. Not to say we shouldn't honor a sabbath day every week. As we need it in order to gather with other believers (an be part of the body), to focus on God and renew ourselves within him.
