From a Fraggle Fan perspective though it's not that bad. I mean when you think about it Ukitake is technically the Senior Shiro (whitey) out of the squad captains.

And although Hitsugaia doesn't follow his path just being another white named and headded captain he can't avoid a semblance of following.
