Yes, Vlad is right -- place the tape above the two rollers on the left, not below, so that it can touch all four heads. (black and three silver) Or, just send me a message and let me give it a good home ... : )

The tape is threaded wrong, you'd have to pass it between the erase head and two round heads.

@Vladislaw81 i think the round "heads are relly just tape guides,i could be wrong
but that is the erase head.
