  • let me tell you this about joe i only say what i want you to hear, you'll only see what i want to show

  • You can be anything in this world that you want, Except For My Downfall.

Page on facebook... Like it if you do...

  • hey everybody, if your a fan of eminem, joe budden n da whole slaughterhouse gang or just a general fans of real hip hop, you'll definitly enjoy my music. pleez check me out, i got punchlines n heart felt topics that i touch on and not to mention the quality of the music is more than excellent! listen n subscribe!

  • Joe can rap, but he ain't a man. He need to go find a leather couch and a shrink. Fake ass 730 cat who's whole identity is based on baggin dimes and then spazzin on em. Homie has ZERO, I repeat ZERO history of gettin at any man. Constantly gettin smacked little Joey the Ritalin Boy.

  • @614grind What DOES that have to do with rap? You know what he does. Imagine how fucked lives of these other rappers are. Probably a bunch of closet faggots

  • @KJtheMC Like I said, he can rap...but he mad corny.

  • @614grind Corny? I get your point. but he's not running for president or governor. His image is at least REAL. Because to write what he does in that way you have to be smart, if you deny that fact, then we have nothing to talk about. And this is what he says in this song :"let me tell you this about Joe,I only say you what I want you to hear, you only see what I want to show"

  • @KJtheMC Now, I agree with all of that. He does write from an autobiographical point of view and expresses his emotions well through his music. I just don't feel where he's mentally coming from half the time. No knock on his ability though. He can definitely piece up some barz.

  • @614grind Yes and its the same "loony" mentality which is the foundation for what he writes about. Without it, he wouldnt be what he is,imo:)

  • @KJtheMC True indeed.

  • "i couldn't make this shit up if i tried"

  • i prefer the way the beat is in the beginning

  • JOE BUDDEN > LIL WAYNE AND YOUNG MONKEYS

  • Best thing from Joe budden is that his musics are like 5-6-7 minutes I LOVE IT!!

  • I only say you what I want you to hear

you only see what I want to show

  • probably one of my favorite songs of all time, some of the realest shit you'll ever hear.

  • FUK LILWAYNE

  • @aserv948 fully agree

  • @aserv948 I see this in every thread almost, but it never gets old! Peace.

  • Joe Budden is the Vincent Van Gogh of hiphop. A genius who noone will appreciate his shit until he dies, which is pretty sad.

  • JOEY THE MAN

    MY MAN

    THE REALIIST

  • joe a legend...

  • i wish him and pac made a song together

  • oppression is a bitch!!!!

  • All of these guys got a second chance when slaughterhouse formed. It all formed from the song "Slaughterhouse" on budden's album. They knew all 4 of them on a track meant good things, that they formed Slaughterhouse, and together they were a true supergroup. Not this young money bs. Ever since all of their careers have blown up which is awesome This is just what hip-hop needs, I mean I'm not too big on Em's newer music but they are now practically signed to Shady records. LIKE this if you agree.

  • @Ston3d42O niga what the fuck have u been smoking they r not a super group

and young money commerical as fuck but last time i checked its about dollars at the end of the day and young money bout to do some numbers an they got lyrics if the battle went down it would be a good one and crooked i is fuckin wack

  • joe budden is jus beyond nice...the dude is on another level

  • joe budden is so .....just.....i dunno!!

  • Joe Budden is the creator, he is the roof of the slaughterhouse......without Joey being Joey, there would be no salughterhouse, be real.... Joe Budden is the best in the group, best in HipHop right now

  • joe budden is not getting the props he deserve honestly i think he is the only one who is a major threat to jay-z and jigga knows that

  • can't yall see i'm trying to balance out my chemical. damn that's real deep. that's what i'm on right now.

  • aye yo that beast is fuvkn bananas..if yu listen hard enough you hear art of noise-moment in love..dat shit is crzy..joe is a fuvkn problem..nuff said

  • i just got up on this nigga when i accidently heard "whatever it takes" on clinton sparks shit, and i'm like damn where have i been to slip up on a nigga this talented. nas the best because of his longevity but this man flow on another level and he speaking about real shit other than guns and dope(nas still the best)

  • @howardmciii I heard all that shit, you right i just have a hard time admitting it

  • @rioG414 lmao it shocked the hell outta me a few yrs ago as well....and i was in denial man lol ...but i respect u man to man for just admitting dat!! bc its a lotta cats dat hate on him when he gives great great music!!!! much respect for u being real with urself man!!!

  • @rioG414 if you like nas then you should listen to cormega

  • @7thOmnipotence aye fam type up" the illest gun in queensbridge" on you tube it got this funny ass story about fam and this fully automatic gun called a "sterling" i been bumptn cormega since"it was written" and "war report"

  • @rioG414 lol word is een that

    mega's one of my favorites

  • Classic.

  • Yo ever since mood musik 2, Joes music is by far the most played on my mp3 player. His songs don't get old, It's crazy only a few artists have that type of affect on me. You feel like the nigga made a song just for you 85% of the time lol CRAZY AS HELL

  • @pghwestside22 yo much respect...but u have to get mood muzik one and his album under def jam..he has some crazy joints on those as well.."whatever it takes" "ten mins alone" "calling before the storm" those would make ur mp3 player as well homie

  • @howardmciii yeah I def got whatever it takes on there, one of my favorite budden joints same thing with 10 minutes from the first cd . I got the mood musik 1. That was a typo my dude. I must of accidently hit 2 instead. I'm bout to check out that calling before the storm now, I never heard that one though. Good look though, I respect budden fans that put niggas deep on one of the nicest at this hip hop shit.

  • @pghwestside22 hey much respect ..he is without question one of the best ever at this shit we call hip hop...i am a joe budden fucking head!!! no homo lol.....man ucant name a song i havent heard from him...i can put u on a lot more of his shit that was dope as fuck but hella slept on ...."where did it all go wrong" he kills the new joint "40/40" "just to be different" "sidetracked" "the soul" and one of my fav's "under the sun"

  • hes the best by far..lyrical..poetic...deep

  • joey was dropping track after track a few weeks ago...i cant wait for the next one

  • Buddens is criminally slept on!

  • "Staring at the finish, looking for a way to start"

  • most people in life today are like this, including me.

    Everybody wants, wants, wants,

    and dreams, hopes, envisions.

But no one gotta damn clue or idea where to begin...

  • I've been listenin to Joey since 02 he is the most underrated. I listened to this track like 5 straight times... Damn thats y Joey is the best in my book. he always make music that u can relate to. Its not one person that can say that they havent been lied to. Cant wait for the album to drop.. JERZY 908.. Im out

  • he open eyes on jersey. the man is a problem lyrically, plus he deep

  • @damagicstick2g4 its pathetic how slept on he is

  • ur just showing us how much u respect him. thank u undecover lover

  • Joey is so ill but he has a self destructive self loathing problem He had to know that rapping about hittin a girl was gonna come back to bite him.

You have to want your self to fail on some level to do that.

  • the man is NICE !!

  • Joey B = the truth, nuff said

too bad the industry is all about bad down south music these days.............

  • Comment removed

  • I swear this have to be hands down one of the coldest songs I've ever heard from this dude.

I ain't gone lie, I slept on em' when he was in the industry with the pump it up stuff, but as soon as I heard "I couldn't help it" I was hooked.

The rest of his new shit fire too. Check him out.

  • JOEY!! once again he drops a soundtrack of my life. HOW THE FUCK COULD YOU ABANDON ME I was heated but had to be strong enough to remove the infidelity and see whats underneath it come to find out you felt lied to and cheated mistreated and kept it a big secret or are you just loose and Im so naive Im tryna give you an excuse now that I refuse to believe we life partners, ... .. Best track since Exhibit C!
  • love this joint

  • @lightdream44 hes my favourite, but not sure hes the best. defo deserves MUCH more respect than hes given.

  • BEST MC IN THE WORLD

  • "you can be anything in this world, Expect for my downfall".... Fav part bout this song

  • that last verse was WOW!!!! damn joe is single handedly greatest in the game...

  • I found the new audio quality feature on mp4ify. Dope site 2 extract mp3s or mp4s from youtube.

  • the last verse gave me goosebumps, and almost brought me to tears... thinkin bout how me and my girl broke up.

Joe Budden just moved into the number one spot.

CAN'T WAIT FOR THE GREAT ESCAPE! Your fans aren't going anywhere, Joe.

  • Joe is the truth artistically. I'm also from his area and know people that know him. Most that knew him well seem to think hes a pretty stand up dude.

Hes a great emcee/lyricist and puts out piff for the most part. What else do you want? Stop hating just because your miserable. Shit is feminine...

Song is very good. Real talk. I hope Eminem signs him. That would be a great look for Hip Hop.

  • This song should be put in a museum

  • Yo they aint been on Joes Level for a minute but now he just Really on his Grind...I be tellin people about Joe but they been sleepin ashame he dont get that credit fuck the rap game....Only plays them come out my spekers Is Slaughter and Joe!!!

  • @jersey289 personally i like crooked out of all of em.. i slept on budden.. until i heard him come out with that "who killed hip hop" track.. i respect budden for this one cuz he spit some personal sh*t.. he got bars for sure

  • Ain't nobody on Joeys level right now, he's ahead of his time....his songs are like a bottomless pit "deep", music period doesn't get any better than this...real rap at its finest if you don't respect that then your perspective is whack, dudes the best

  • Love this song, can relate to it in so many ways!

  • i feel the same way as jersey289

  • Damnnnn...No one fuckin wit Joe Right now..Is it me or does he just keep get nicer.........

  • He been nice, but hes def. on another level right now

  • @RealRapEntertainment look at Slaughterhouse. Crooked is the most lyrical in the group, Royce has the craziest flow, but for some reason I like Joe and Joell the best probably, because they have that great mix of meaningful/deep and lyrical songs. Def buying The Great Escape and Free Agent. Peace.

  • I agree with you.. But i never really fucked wit Crook or Joell before slaughterhouse.. I knew about Royce from Bad meets Evil, But was never really checking for his solo shit.. But i been a Joe Budden fan since the mixtape, DJ Clue days.. So what im basically sayin is, if it wasn't for Joe, me personally, i wouldn't give a fuck about the other 3 members.. but thats just me, everybodys different. Peace

  • Some rappers base they career off sales, marketing or pop artist hooks & beats....Joe base his music on his life. You can never run out of rhymes when you stay personal. He's the artist that people should feel guilty if they don't buy the albums.

  • @RealRapEntertainment

You're right, same for me. Joe's the one that brought the Slaughterhouse members together for the first time, so it makes sense actually. Have to say I was starting to dig Crooked and Joell before Slaughterhouse. Royce had his co-ops with DJ Premier, wich were sick.

    Yeah, that's about it. Peace.

  • @RealRapEntertainment im ah big budden fan, but if i must say so myslef... Crook is the most Lyrical.... royce got the slickest unorthadox flow ever and joell is mixture between big l and pun

  • @UniversalBoog410DDH Yeah they both got some hot shit.. check out M-I-Corleone if u get a chance.. Hes from South Philly, he got some hot shit..

  • @RealRapEntertainment thats ah hard ass name, very unique... i know he gon be worth ah listen

  • @RealRapEntertainment i think so dude usually the other way...but everything keeps gettin greater, love this nigga...

  • @RealRapEntertainment DEFINITELY another level right now. He puttin on a clinic for these bubble gum ass rappers

  • @tonebrown2000 U already know.. Check out my music if u get a chance.. M-I-Corleone

  • It's becoming harder and harder for me to find a rapper better the joe budden.......anyone wanna help me out?

  • I cant think of anyone, personally

  • Elzhi, Ras Kass' old shit, Canibus' old shit, Rakim, Kool G Rap, Pharoahe Monch, etc.

Comparisons can be made, Budden isn't really 'better' than those people. But I wouldn't say anyone is outright more talented than him, overall

  • I dont think he was talkin about old shit.. i thought he was talkin bout the present.. But the dudes u named are def. ill though

  • jr writer

  • Joey does it again..

  • the man!

  • joe budden>>>

  • WOW..Thats all I Can Say **Repeat**
