6 months ago I was proud to accomplish 60 Pushups Non-Stop. 1 Week later after that accomplishment I quit. I stopped. 4 Months after that I started again. I could only do 15 Pushups - 20 pushups max. I watched this video and it gave me so much motivation. I startign doing my pushups again and I got to so much more than 15 - 20 pushups. At 25 Pushups I felt like it was scratching a wall. I stopped using my strength but than used my heart. From 25 I got to 35.

I think that this is really good. We need encouragement like this because sometimes life gets very tough and hard, and we feel like giving up and not going on but we can't give up. We must go on.
