They are afraid you will find out how ignorant they are of the law. The attorney is incompetent, prefering to meet with "his clients" in private. Well as a public attorney his client IS the public.
Scary comments; no one is being sued and no legal action is being consider.
In Missouri, a voice vote is required to close meetings. Be thankful you still have the right to speak a public meetings.
