  • Did you have a good experience mixing P. furcatus and P. gertrudea together?

    Do they get along well?

I’ve been told they don't get along well since they have slightly water parameters and they should be in specific tank (the only one in upper-middle of aquarium!)

Would you recommend them to me? Thinking of mixing them with Boraras brigittae and Corydoras hastatus ? What is your opinion?

  • @fbelangerart No problems with mixing them, and should go along with your other smaller fish as well.

  • I go get them from the creek :)

  • Can you tell me where you got these fish???

    Thanks!

  • I <3 these fish! They're so colorful and personable! I've heard that they can be very aggressive and difficult to care for though, any advice on that?

  • They are not aggressive at all! Very easy to breed as well!

  • That's exactly what I was hoping to hear :]

Thanks for the advice, and kudos on the lovely tank and pretty fish!

  • I just saw some at a fish auction here in Michigan last saturday..

  • ah i wish i could get some blue eyes there not that common in britain though, the only ones you can get are connieae where i live :(

  • In Sweden the P. conniae are rare, I have actually never seen them in real life!
