its called masse. it is basically when you put a shit load of spin on the ball.

if you watch dr cue you would know its called drawing and its simple with a little practice aim 1 cue tip down but slitghtly angled punch the cue ball real quick wright after contact with the cue lift the end of the cue stick up.
