Unfortunately there isn't a camera on the iPod touch so there wouldn't be anything to record from.

It was over Wi-Fi. The 3G version will allow me to walk outside of my house and stream from anywhere :)

Way awesome! One question though. What were you streaming over, wifi or EDGE. It definitely didn't appear to be EDGE to me.
