i have the a hp G60 115EM and when you look next to the power button there is an orange light which means the wifi is switched off and when the light is blue the wifi is switched on

How did you get your 4500mhd the native resolution. I got 10.6.3 with evyrithing working except the resolution!

I know the internal wi-fi on my g60 went caput a long time ago. I figured I could just use an external USB. Is there anything wrong with that idea?

dude i have mac osx running on my hp n vm ware workstation for free and its kinda slow but its not that slow. once again i cannot here nothing or connect to the internet

WiFi wont work for the g60 (Intel BGN Wireless 1000)

QE/CI won't work neither

If you use the Leopard 10.5.6 iPC Distro, the ethernet kext is in the customize section

@NuMeRoUsSnIpEr IT will work... It works will all computers. Some hardware might just not be compatible tho. For example; if you have the Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics card... it wont work.. it will only have native resolution support but no QE/CI; I don't garantee your wifi will work, etc

@dk2000zx i think its intel based. all i know is that i have pentium dual core 2.10 ghz and i have intel integrated graphics card and 3gb of ram 320gb hd altec lansing speakers and windows 7.

@saint1997 It works on all computers. the thing is; some hardware might not be fully compatible (for example: wifi and graphics card)

@xXGamerXx9 Use spotlight and search for Kext Helper. Spotlight is on the top right of the mac interface. If you use the Intel Wireless 1000 BGN, there are no kext for the wifi, for the ethernet, idk ull have to search for it in insanelymac (google that)

@xXGamerXx9 Internet does work if u have the kext for the Ethernet plug on your laptop; also the sound if u have the same sound chip as my laptop, it will work, tell me what's your sound card :) using Everest Ultimate Edition

@santanamossfan2 Ethernet didnt work until I used my RT73 EXTERNAL USB Wifi adapter.. but ethernet does work :)
