I doubt he's (Zeyhk) referring to "boob shots." I'm highly certain he's referring to the actual "animation style."

Although I didn't get into watching anime until about 4 years ago, I would say comparatively, the animation found in 80s/early 90s animes is far superior than what's available currently on the market.

Past artists seemed to put more passionate in their works while the existing new stuff puts more emphasis on cheap, recycled, non-fluid movements.

it's not THAT bad. The Right Stuf released it domestically, and its fairly easy to find..local FYE chains tend to stock it.

The plot makes little sense, but its half-decent mecha action. It feels incomplete.
