He probably made it... But you must understand puppeteering isn't just about having a puppet that does stuff all by itself, you have to train many many years to get this good and PUT the life into the puppet...

@austrailianpirate  Most people make there own.. Its a cheap way to get one if you buy one from a puppet maker it can cost anywhere from 100 to 1,000,000 to get one.
