The Aero Dynamics will not allow this car to beat the Veyron in top speed. Honda did a top speed trial on the salt flats, to acheive 247MPH they had to REMOVE aerodynamic components such as the rear wing. The F1 car has been designed to stick to the floor, and lap a given circuit with the highest possible average speed, top speed isnt the concern here.

Sorry, the Veyron can't compete with an F1 car in anything other than top speed. In a straight line, the F1 car wins.
