@ItsJustAlexL geographical location does not have anything to do with speed or strength. sure, they may get more recruits interested in the warmer weather, but the good programs home grow their athletes. the big 10 has just been down, like many other conferences are. and besides, in most any conference there is a REAL big dropoff after the top 3-5 teams

They are very slow and proved it against that very mediocre Illinois team, the only common opponent between USC and OSU last year.
So? The common opponent thing isn't always a true measuring stick. Ohio St. would have killed Stanford who beat USC. And USC and Ohio St. both played Washington. Ohio St. easily beat them early in the season, only the second game for their starting QB after hardly playing in 4 years. And USC struggled to beat Washington by 3, so there. I debunk another misinformed, bandwagon USC fan with no football knowledge!
We all remember the Rose Bowl, you idiot.Like I said, OSU lost to a very medoicre Illinois team that got destroyed by USC. Ron Zook said after the Rose Bowl that USC was by far the best team they pleyed last year and the Illini were lucky to not be beaten by 50. When USC played Stanford, they had seven starters out for the game. I was at the Washington game and Washing scored a late touchdown with less than 2 minutes to play to make it respectable.
Yes many people are moving to California, many of them illegally. And the others are a bunch of dizzy American Idol rejects trying to be discovered. California is an excellent place.............For Brutus and the Buckeyes to poop on USC in September!!!
