@derelictor Ultimately because I wanted to have human voice on my songs, but I can't sing... and these movie quotes tell pretty much what I want to tell with the song itself, or describe what have inspired the song to be written in the first place.

Nice! Good composition and nice performances! One note, though. Bass frequencies sound over-compressed and just a bit muddy. I would suggest you tested your mixes on in-ear headphones, by comparing to your references. It's very easy to let this one slip.Often, even the best studio monitors (or open-type studio headphones) aren't enough.

@GlueRman Actually I love how muddy it sounds. I use a reference headphone pair beside my monitors all the time, and honestly I love how the compressed ultrabass covers a lot of the low end. This way the bass guitar is actually a lot more dominant than the guitars, which was my ultimate goal as a bassist :) Thank you for your kind comment! Matt
